Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in client’s home
Flexible scheduling; full-time, part-time, and PRN options
Daytime and overnight opportunities; no weekend requirement

🎯 Requirements

Active LPN license in Indiana
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Ability to provide personalized, high-quality care to clients of all ages
Experience with 1:1 patient care and home health preferred
Proficiency with electronic charting (Statewise) beneficial
