Support transition of care from hospital to home care in Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties.
Deliver quality nursing care to infants, children, and adults in home settings.
Provide extensive training to ongoing BAYADA care team.
Day and overnight shifts available (Monday through Sunday).

🎯 Requirements

NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience
Pediatric trach/vent experience required
Hold current CPR certification
Ability to travel throughout Chester, Delaware, and parts of Montgomery County
Ability to work a consistent 40-hour per week schedule
Weekend availability (at least four weekends per month)
