📋 Description

• Deliver quality care to patients at home in Philadelphia, PA
• Support transition from hospital to ongoing home care with BAYADA/HICU teams
• Collaborate with CHOP and educate ongoing BAYADA care team

🎯 Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license
• NICU/PICU/ICU or home care pediatric trach/vent experience
• CPR certification
• Teaching ability to train care teams
• Available for ongoing, consistent schedule; travel within Philadelphia County
• High-tech pediatric/adult simulations passing score
