📋 Description

• Run voiceover production for new course builds and updates, including script preparation and
• Own the audio workflow end to end, from script to deployed file: identify manual bottlenecks, then
• Direct voice artists when necessary, including booking sessions, providing direction, and ensuring
• Manage voice models and settings to keep narration consistent across each vertical's catalog
• Decide how each voiceover request should be produced based on quality, turnaround time, and cost
• Establish and maintain audio standards, including generation/recording specs, delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional audio production experience in e-learning, audiobook, podcast, broadcast
• Hands-on experience and enthusiasm for AI voice generation tools (e.g., ElevenLabs)
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) or scripting for batch
• Demonstrated expertise in a professional DAW (e.g., Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Logic, Reaper)
• Experience producing long-form narration through recording, voice direction, or generation, with
• Sound production judgment to determine when to use AI generation, live talent, existing audio
