Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment from a private, on-site office
Conduct manager and clinical consultations
Support urgent or same-day assessments as needed and when available
Conscientious adherence to confidentiality issues, and the ability to act in compliance with local
Comply with professional standards and workplace safety
Coordinate and effectively communicate with Lyra team members and the employer's key contact

🎯 Requirements

Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) or Doctorate degree in clinical
Unrestricted license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed
Skilled in exclusively providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, Exposure therapy)
Works with adult clients, who are 40-60
Understands corporate workforce, specifically gas and oil
Experience supporting clients who work in demanding roles, may have relationship issues
