M&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Coordinate post-merger integration initiatives and other cross-functional projects
• Track project plans, timelines, actions, risks, and stakeholder updates
• Conduct market mapping and research across technology, fintech, and other emerging sectors
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic opportunities
• Support cross-functional due diligence activities
• Assist with transaction execution, including analysis, presentations, and internal materials

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in project management, strategy consulting, investment banking, private
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage workstreams from initiation through completion
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive approach and a high level of ownership
