📋 Description

• Support the end-to-end process for M&A transactions, including target screening, due diligence
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, perform valuation analyses, and assess the
• Conduct industry and market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and strategic
• Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators to support investment recommendations.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and the board of directors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Ideally 2+ years as an Investment Banking Analyst or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated sell-side experience in M&A transaction execution, including financial modeling
• Strong financial, research, analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
