• Sourcing and screening potential acquisition targets across all continents, working with our
• Taking part in introductory meetings and pitching QIMA's projects to prospective sellers.
• Helping draft the business and financial memo on each potential target for presentation to senior
• Performing financial analysis and taking part in Q&A sessions with financial advisers and
• Valuing targets and drafting letters of intent.
• Maintaining and updating our target and pipeline database throughout the sourcing and

🎯 Requirements

• Final year or gap year ("césure") at a top-tier business or engineering school, available for four
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work under limited supervision.
• Able to multi-task and run several acquisition projects in parallel.
• Enthusiastic and personable, with a positive attitude and a genuine team-player mindset.
• Comfortable working in an international environment, with excellent written and verbal
• Fluent in English.
