M&A Analyst / Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Identify and research acquisition targets in the entertainment sector
• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses
• Evaluate financial, strategic, and operational risks of targets
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums and deal documents
• Assist in due diligence across financial, legal, and operational analyses
• Develop and present investment theses to internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (preferred) or Business, Economics or Finance
• 1-3 years in investment banking, top-tier consulting, corporate development, M&A, or strategy
• Solid experience in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and quantitative analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to handle complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with exposure to senior stakeholders
• Genuine interest in M&A and growth within a transaction-driven role
