M&A Collaboration & Security Platforms Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end M&A collaboration platform integration (Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom)
• Scope migrations: users, channels, files, configurations into Payward
• Assess acquired stacks for security/compliance gaps and consolidation
• Build repeatable playbooks and automation for faster integrations
• Coordinate cutover timelines with Corporate Development, Legal, and teams
• Own collaboration platforms architecture, governance, and day-to-day ops

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years managing Google Workspace and Slack for 1,000+ users
• Led an M&A or systems-consolidation migration (ideally >1)
• Strong email security: filtering, quarantine, DMARC/SPF/DKIM
• DNS administration and large domain portfolio management
• Experience with compliance, legal holds, eDiscovery, archiving
• Ability to scope, design, and execute under deal time pressure
