M&A Collaboration & Security Platforms Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end M&A collaboration platform migrations (Slack, Google Workspace) into Payward.
• Assess acquired stacks during due diligence for security/compliance gaps.
• Rationalize overlapping tools across brands; decide what migrates or sunsets.
• Build repeatable playbooks, tooling, and automation for faster integrations.
• Coordinate cutover timelines and TSA dependencies with Corporate Development and Legal.
• Own Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom at multi-entity scale; governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years administering Google Workspace and Slack at 1,000+ users, incl. migrations.
• Experience owning a tech migration in M&A or consolidation contexts (ideally >1).
• Email security expertise: filtering, quarantine, DMARC/SPF/DKIM, impersonation defense.
• DNS administration and domain portfolio management at meaningful scale.
• Direct experience with compliance, eDiscovery, regulatory data productions, and archiving.
