M&A Diligence - Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions aligned with our thesis.
• Develop pro forma models (income statement, balance sheet, FCF).
• Present financial and operational insights for each opportunity.
• Perform quality-of-revenue and quality-of-earnings analyses; build WC metrics.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, and ops to gather information.
• Communicate findings and guide the diligence process.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in accounting and buy-side transactions (advisory/PE).
• CPA/CA/CFA certification preferred.
• Mid-market accounting firm experience preferred.
• Experience evaluating small to mid-sized businesses.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with team and independent work.
