M&A/Integration Accounting Lead

📋 Description

• Serve as a controllership/oversight function over subsidiaries until they are integrated into the
• Partner with Corporate Development, Tax, Corporate Legal, Finance & Strategy, and external
• Communicate and influence unintegrated teams to align with Stripe policies, procedures, and norms.
• Be the directly responsible individual ensuring timely and accurate reporting of unintegrated
• Shape the evolution of our financial close and reporting programs by implementing leading
• Own program management of finance integration workstreams end-to-end. Build the plan, sequence

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant public accounting and/or industry experience
• Relevant M&A integration experience
• B.A. or B.S degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
• Fluency in U.S. GAAP and ability to research complex accounting issues
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets
