M&A Integration and Carve-Out Practitioner

📋 Description

• Lead technology due diligence to assess integration and separation requirements before signing or
• Evaluate technology environments including enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud
• Identify transaction risks and value drivers by analyzing technology dependencies, shared services
• Assess feasibility and financial implications of integration or separation models, estimating
• Review transition service agreements (TSAs) to identify gaps in scope, service levels, duration
• Develop sign-to-close plans with clear milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, costs

🎯 Requirements

• At least 15 years of technology experience, including significant responsibility for enterprise
• Demonstrated personal accountability for multiple technology integrations, separations, or
• Broad working knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, identity
• Strong judgment in assessing architecture, technical dependencies, operational risks, and
• Hands-on experience developing or challenging Day 1 readiness plans, TSA strategies, application
• Commercial and financial fluency, including estimating and explaining transaction costs, operating
