• Lead technology due diligence: Assess technology integration and separation requirements before

🎯 Requirements

• At least 15 years of technology experience, including significant responsibility for enterprise
• Demonstrated personal accountability for multiple technology integrations, separations, or
• Broad working knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, identity
• Strong judgment when assessing architecture, technical dependencies, operational risks, and
• Hands-on experience developing or challenging Day 1 readiness plans, TSA strategies, application
• Commercial and financial fluency, including the ability to estimate and explain one-time
