M&A Integration Lead (Research & Development)

📋 Description

• Lead IR M&A integration across AbbVie businesses and R&D to advance deal execution and
• Coordinate cross-functional IR, BTS, R&D, Finance, and Transition Office teams for deal
• Present IR updates in leadership forums; manage risk, issues, and continuous improvement
• Define strategy to evolve BTS’s M&A services, playbooks, and AI-enabled capabilities for faster

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business/CS or related field with 7 years’ experience; Master’s 6 years; PhD 2 years.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional IT implementations and mergers/acquisitions/divestitures.
• Proven track record integrating R&D systems from acquisitions (e.g., Veeva, LIMS, ELN, CTMS).
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and cross-functional
