📋 Description

• Lead identification, evaluation, and ownership of majority software investments
• Manage full deal lifecycle from sourcing to portfolio involvement
• Present analyses to internal decision-makers and founders
• Lead or support negotiations and execute acquisitions
• On-site role in Vilnius, open to relocation for abroad candidates
• Think and act like an owner, not just manage a process

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in M&A, investment banking, PE, corporate dev, or related fields
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Proven experience on buy-side or sell-side transactions
• Strong commercial judgment with incomplete information
• Excellent communication and trust-building with founders/advisors
• Full professional fluency in English
