1–3 years in M&A sourcing, PE, IB, or outbound work.
Strong written communication, careful research, and comfort with owners.
Excellent spreadsheet and CRM discipline.
Experience with PitchBook, Capital IQ, Grata, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, or Affinity.
Familiarity with lower-middle-market acquisitions or founder succession.
