📋 Description

• Support M&A, org design, and talent strategy initiatives with data-driven HR solutions.
• Conduct HR due diligence: culture assessments, workforce analysis, HR cost modeling.
• Develop organizational design recommendations: structure modeling, span of control, workforce
• Assist talent planning: succession planning, calibration, pipeline development.
• Analyze workforce data and metrics; provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders to translate recommendations into plans with measurable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field.
• Experience supporting HR M&A due diligence, cost modeling, and workforce analysis.
• Strong understanding of culture assessment, org design, and headcount planning.
• Analytical mindset with project management skills; ability to present to senior audiences.
• Experience managing talent planning, succession processes, or similar multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Knowledge of organizational design methodologies; workforce optimization.
