📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth analysis of acquired companies to understand their business models, commercial
• Define and monitor business plans for acquired entities, ensuring alignment with Fever's strategic
• Track post-acquisition performance, identifying opportunities for synergies, scalability, and
• Support the definition and execution of expansion and growth plans across markets and business lines
• Develop and execute comprehensive integration roadmaps across product, operations, commercial
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions, process alignment, and cultural

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (MBA or consulting experience a plus)
• Native Icelandic and proficient English; German is a plus
• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or M&A
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and data-driven approach
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams
