M365 Migration Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead complex Microsoft 365 migrations across enterprise environments.
• Serve as SME for tenant-to-tenant and Active Directory-to-M365 migrations.
• Plan tenant setup, execution, stabilization, governance, and user adoption.
• Manage migrations of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and related services
• Establish coexistence and cutover strategies; troubleshoot identity, mail-flow, and hybrid identity
• Document procedures, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide post-migration support.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience performing technical migrations, Microsoft 365 implementations, or
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 migrations for enterprise or external clients.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, identity management, and
• Practical experience with tenant-to-tenant and/or Active Directory-to-Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Strong knowledge of SMTP, mail flow, connectors, DNS records, MX, SPF, DKIM, and transport rules.
• Experience using PowerShell to automate the migration and management of users, groups, mailboxes
