📋 Description

• Lead analytics workstreams for MACA engagements with hospitals, translating clinical, operational
• Define problem statements, build business cases, and identify opportunities to improve growth
• Integrate data from multiple sources to create compelling diagnostics, narratives and
• Partner closely with internal commercial, enabling, clinical, marketing, and leadership teams, as
• Convert analysis into measurable outcomes by defining practical actions, impact metrics, and
• Develop scalable analytics assets, repeatable methodologies, and digital tools that strengthen

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in healthcare analytics, data science, business intelligence, consulting
• Experience working with healthcare, hospital, payer, provider, or life sciences data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and at least one analytics platform or language such as Python, R
• Experience extracting data, building analytical workflows, and visualizing insights using tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Public Health, Healthcare
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred
