Lead design of CV biometrics systems (face attributes, detection, quality, recognition)
Conduct fairness analysis and benchmarking of biometric models
Architect, train, and optimize models with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
Own end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment
Design automated data ingestion and cleaning pipelines with Airflow
Optimize models for low-latency inference and deploy on AWS

🎯 Requirements

5+ years ML experience; at least 3 years in biometrics or face analysis
Deep expertise in computer vision and biometrics, especially face recognition
Fairness and ethics: measure and mitigate bias in CV
Strong Python; experience with Pillow, OpenCV, PyTorch
End-to-end ML pipelines experience; Airflow
Multi-GPU training; AWS deployment (SageMaker, EC2, EKS)
