📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain production-ready ML systems for AI-powered products.
• Own the full ML lifecycle: data prep, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Translate research into scalable production solutions aligned to business goals.
• Investigate and resolve model performance issues using real-world data.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing, developing, deploying ML systems in production.
• Strong expertise in Python and PyTorch and/or JAX.
• GPU-based training and inference with performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of modern ML models in production and failure modes.
• Production-grade software with a systems mindset.
• Independently manage projects from concept to deployment, balancing speed and quality.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to improving ML performance.
• Excellent communication with research, engineering, and product teams.
• Mentoring or leadership experience is a bonus.
