Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and implement ML models for discovery and classification (entity extraction, doc classification)
• Integrate LLMs and ML models into products and automated workflows
• Define model training strategies and dataset requirements
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines (training, inference, evaluation, monitoring)
• Optimize models and inference for latency, cost, throughput
• Deploy, operate, monitor, and improve ML systems in production

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering ML models into production and improving them
• Hands-on NLP and text-based ML systems, incl LLM-assisted workflows
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy
• ML pipelines for training, evaluation, monitoring, deployment, and improvement
• Design clean, modular, maintainable ML solutions in a collaborative environment
• Experience collaborating with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders
