📋 Description

• Collaborate on the AI roadmap with senior architects.
• Architect high-performance inference systems for enterprise-scale LLM serving.
• Own the end-to-end AI lifecycle with ML scientists and product stakeholders.
• Enforce AI excellence: implement and scale report cards for production models.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering/product development.
• 2+ years production AI/ML experience (or advanced degree + hands-on).
• 6+ years distributed systems experience.
• Direct exposure to optimizing LLMs in production; vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM.
• KV Cache optimization experience is a plus.
• BS/CS or equivalent required; MS/CS preferred.
