📋 Description

• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate CV models on real-world camera imagery
• Own the model-serving pipeline: Triton, TensorRT, no-downtime reloads
• Build datasets with FiftyOne/Label Studio; fix data issues driving accuracy
• Design evaluation harnesses with regression suites and AB comparisons
• Develop LLM/VLM capabilities: self-hosted stack, retrieval, tool-using agents

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python and PyTorch; training and fine-tuning; notebook experiments
• CV experience: object detection; image data; real-world model failures
• Production ML: serving, optimization; offline vs live metrics
• Self-starter; tackle ambiguity; run experiments; ship measurable improvements
• Rigorous evaluation; datasets, ground truth, edge cases
• Nice-to-have: Triton/TensorRT; FiftyOne/Label Studio; LLM/VLM (vLLM) experience
