Machine Learning Engineer I

📋 Description

• Partner with Product Manager, Tech Lead and engineers to align deliverables with roadmap milestones.
• Own the full ML lifecycle for Misdirected Email, from data wrangling to deployment and monitoring.
• Run experiments and evaluations (offline metrics, online A/B tests, post-launch monitoring) and set thresholds.
• Communicate effectively across time zones, maintain technical docs, and share knowledge with the team.
• On-call rotation for owned components; focus on detection efficacy and false positives.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, ML, AI, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1+ years building and operating applied ML features in production.
• Experience end-to-end ML systems: data wrangling, feature engineering, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ability to implement algorithms, develop features, combine signals, and apply numerical computing.
• Interrogate production data, identify shifts, and run targeted experiments to improve efficacy.
• Understanding online vs offline pipelines, data tables and labeling workflows.
