Lead CV biometrics systems (face attributes, detection, quality, recognition)
Fairness analysis and benchmarking of biometric models.
Architect, train, and optimize models with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
Own end-to-end ML pipelines; build Airflow ETL; curate balanced and synthetic data
Production: optimize low-latency inference; deploy on AWS
Mentor ML engineers; code/design reviews; drive best practices across the CV team

🎯 Requirements

5+ years ML; 3+ years in biometrics/face analysis.
Deep CV and biometrics expertise, esp. face recognition.
Fairness and ethics: understand bias; measure and mitigate disparate impact.
Strong Python engineering; ML/vision libs (Pillow, OpenCV, PyTorch).
End-to-end ML pipelines; experience with Airflow.
Cloud: multi-GPU training; deploy on AWS (SageMaker, EC2, EKS).
