Machine Learning Engineer - Large Language Models

📋 Description

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for healthcare and life sciences (SFT, PEFT, DPO, PPO)
• Develop and enhance RAG pipelines for accurate AI information retrieval
• Prepare and curate high-quality datasets for training and evaluation
• Package models for production deployment across serving environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deep learning solutions
• Stay current with LLM and ML infrastructure advancements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of production-grade software and DL experience
• Degree in CS/Data Science/ML; MS/PhD strongly preferred
• Proven experience with LLMs, fine-tuning and optimization
• Hands-on with Axolotl and Transformer architectures
• Experience with PyTorch ML frameworks
• Familiar with vLLM, TGI, and llama.cpp for model serving
• Understanding of quantization and optimization for constrained envs
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration in distributed teams
• Passion for AI innovation and real-world impact
