🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of production-grade software and DL experience.
• Degree in CS, Data Science, ML, or related field; MS/PhD preferred.
• Proven experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, and optimization.
• Hands-on Axolotl experience and Transformer architectures.
• Experience with PyTorch.
• Familiarity with vLLM, TGI, llama.cpp.
• Knowledge of model quantization and perf optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Passion for AI innovation and real-world impact.
