• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for healthcare and life sciences (SFT, PEFT).
• Develop RAG pipelines to improve AI-powered retrieval.
• Collect, clean, curate high-quality datasets for training.
• Package AI models for production deployment with scalable performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy DL solutions.
• Stay updated on LLMs and ML infrastructure to improve reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of production-grade software and DL experience.
• Degree in CS/DS/ML; Master's/PhD preferred.
• Proven experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning and optimization.
• Hands-on with Axolotl and Transformer architectures.
• Experience with PyTorch.
• Familiarity with vLLM, TGI, and llama.cpp.
