Machine Learning Engineer - Large Language Models

📋 Description

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for healthcare applications using SFT, PEFT, DPO, PPO
• Develop RAG pipelines to improve AI-powered information retrieval
• Collect, clean, and curate high-quality datasets for training and evaluation
• Convert, optimize, and package AI models for production deployment across serving environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, evaluate, and deploy robust deep learning solutions
• Stay current with advancements in LLMs and AI engineering best practices to improve performance and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade software and DL solutions
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, ML, or related field; Master's/PhD preferred
• Proven experience working with Large Language Models, including fine-tuning and optimization techniques
• Hands-on expertise with Axolotl and Transformer-based architectures
• Experience with ML frameworks, especially PyTorch
• Familiarity with model serving technologies such as vLLM, TGI, and llama.cpp
• Understanding of model quantization techniques and performance optimization for resource-constrained environments
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration in distributed teams
