📋 Description

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for healthcare apps using SFT, PEFT, DPO, PPO.
• Develop RAG pipelines to improve AI information retrieval accuracy and efficiency.
• Collect, clean, and curate high-quality datasets for training and evaluation.
• Package and optimize models for production deployment across serving environments.
• Collaborate across teams to build and deploy robust DL solutions for healthcare.
• Stay current with LLMs, ML infra, and AI engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience building production-grade software and DL solutions.
• Degree in CS/Data Science/ML or related; Master's/PhD preferred.
• Proven experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning and optimization techniques.
• Hands-on expertise with Axolotl and Transformer architectures.
• Experience with ML frameworks, especially PyTorch.
• Familiarity with model serving technologies like vLLM, TGI, and llama.cpp.
• Understanding quantization and optimization for resource-constrained environments.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills in distributed teams.
• Passion for AI innovation and real-world ML impact.
