Machine Learning Engineer - Large Language Models

📋 Description

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for healthcare and life sciences (SFT, PEFT, DPO, PPO).
• Develop RAG pipelines to improve AI-driven information retrieval.
• Collect, prepare, and curate high-quality datasets for training and eval.
• Package and optimize models for production deployment across serving environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy DL solutions for healthcare.
• Stay current with LLMs, ML infra, and AI engineering for reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of production-grade software and deep learning experience.
• CS/DS/ML degree; Master's or PhD preferred.
• Proven experience with LLMs, fine-tuning and optimization.
• Hands-on Axolotl and Transformer architectures.
• Experience with ML frameworks, especially PyTorch.
• Familiarity with vLLM, TGI, and llama.cpp.
