Machine Learning Engineer - Large Language Models

📋 Description

• Fine-tune LLMs for healthcare and life sciences (SFT, PEFT, DPO, PPO).
• Build and improve retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Collect, clean, and curate high-quality datasets.
• Package models for production across serving environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on DL solutions.
• Stay current with advances in LLMs and AI engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in production software and deep learning.
• Degree in CS/DS/ML; Master's/PhD preferred.
• Experience with LLMs, incl. fine-tuning and optimization.
• Axolotl and Transformer architectures hands-on.
• Experience with PyTorch.
• Model serving tech (vLLM, TGI, llama.cpp) familiarity.
