Machine Learning Engineer - Large Language Models

📋 Description

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for healthcare/life sciences using SFT, PEFT, DPO, PPO.
• Develop and enhance RAG pipelines to improve AI-powered information retrieval.
• Collect, prepare, and curate high-quality datasets for training and evaluation.
• Package and optimize AI models for production deployment across serving environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy robust DL solutions for healthcare.
• Stay updated on advancements in LLMs and AI engineering practices to improve performance.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in production-grade software and deep learning.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, ML, or related field; Master's/Ph.D. preferred.
• Experience with Large Language Models, including fine-tuning and optimization.
• Hands-on with Axolotl and transformer-based architectures.
• Experience with PyTorch ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with model serving technologies such as vLLM, TGI, and llama.cpp.
