📋 Description

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for healthcare using SFT, PEFT, DPO, PPO.
• Develop RAG pipelines to improve retrieval accuracy.
• Collect, clean, and curate high-quality datasets for training.
• Package AI models for production deployment across environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on healthcare AI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with advances in LLMs and AI engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of production-grade software and DL experience.
• Degree in CS/DS/ML; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Proven experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning.
• Hands-on with Axolotl; Transformer architectures.
• Experience with PyTorch.
• Familiarity with vLLM, TGI, llama.cpp.
