📋 Description

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for healthcare/Life sciences (SFT/PEFT/DPO/PPO).
• Develop and enhance RAG pipelines for AI-powered retrieval.
• Prepare, clean, and curate high-quality datasets for training/evaluation.
• Package AI models for production deployment across serving environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy DL solutions in healthcare.
• Stay up-to-date with LLMs and ML infrastructure to improve performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in production-grade software and DL solution development.
• Degree in CS/Data Science/ML; MS/PhD preferred.
• Proven experience with LLMs, fine-tuning and optimization.
• Hands-on with PyTorch and Transformer architectures.
• Experience with model serving tech: vLLM, TGI, llama.cpp.
• Knowledge of quantization and performance optimization in constrained environments.
