• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for healthcare using SFT, PEFT, DPO, PPO.
• Develop and enhance RAG pipelines to improve AI information retrieval.
• Collect, clean, and curate high-quality datasets for training.
• Convert, optimize, and package AI models for production deployment.
• Collaborate across teams to deploy DL solutions for healthcare.
• Stay up to date with LLMs and ML infra to improve performance and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in production-grade software and DL solutions.
• Degree in CS/Data Science/ML; Master/PhD preferred.
• Proven LLM experience with fine-tuning; thrives in distributed teams.
• Hands-on with Axolotl and transformer architectures.
• Experience with PyTorch.
• Familiarity with vLLM, TGI, llama.cpp for serving.
