📋 Description

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for healthcare/life sciences (SFT, PEFT, DPO, PPO)
• Develop and enhance RAG pipelines for AI information retrieval
• Collect, prepare, clean, and curate high-quality datasets
• Package AI models for production deployment across serving environments
• Collaborate across teams to deploy robust DL solutions for healthcare
• Stay updated on LLMs and ML infra to boost performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of production-grade software and deep learning experience
• CS/DS/ML-related degree; Master's/PhD preferred
• Proven experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning/optimization
• Hands-on with Axolotl and Transformer architectures
• Experience with ML frameworks, esp. PyTorch
• Familiarity with vLLM, TGI, llama.cpp model serving
