📋 Description

• Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models for healthcare and life sciences.
• Develop and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines for AI retrieval.
• Collect, prepare, and curate high-quality datasets for training and evaluation.
• Convert, optimize, and package models for production deployment across environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy robust deep learning solutions.
• Stay up to date with LLMs, ML infrastructure, and AI engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of production-grade software and DL experience.
• CS/DS/ML degree; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• Proven experience with LLMs including fine-tuning and optimization.
• Hands-on with Axolotl and Transformer-based architectures.
• Experience with PyTorch.
• Familiar with vLLM, TGI, and llama.cpp.
• Model quantization and performance optimization in constrained environments.
