Machine Learning Engineer Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor the team, fostering skill development and best practices.
• Guide the creation of SPECs and ensure clear documentation.
• Act as main contact for stakeholders, aligning tech and business goals.
• Develop and optimize data and ML solutions, ensuring scalability and monitoring.
• Oversee full lifecycle of data pipelines and models from EDA to deployment.
• Build POCs to validate and refine solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading and mentoring data teams, guiding technical decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience implementing ML systems, including model lifecycle and monitoring.
• Strong Python proficiency: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, Plotly.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure.
