📋 Description

• Build ML models for search, recommendation, ranking, retrieval, and personalization.
• Connect consumer demand with relevant local content, businesses, or services.
• Work across search, recommendation, ranking, retrieval, user intent understanding, personalization, and marketplace matching.
• Hands-on role taking ML solutions from problem definition to production deployment and iteration.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate needs into scalable ML solutions.
• Design and analyze experiments to measure model quality and product impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building ML, data mining, search, or NLP systems.
• Strong programming in Python, Java, C++, or similar.
• Solid ML fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, statistics.
• Experience with search/retrieval/learn-to-rank, or recommendation.
• Experience with embeddings/semantic search/LLMs or marketplace matching.
• Experience deploying ML models in production and experimentation.
