📋 Description

• Build models and decision systems powering Mercor's hiring engine
• Develop ranking, matching, and recommendations
• Create retrieval, scoring, and decision pipelines at global scale
• Implement real-time and batch inference in product workflows
• Handle marketplace constraints like sparse labels and cold-start

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record of shipping ML systems into production
• Experience with ranking, recommendation, search, matching, or marketplace problems
• Good judgment on model design, objective functions, evaluation, and tradeoffs
• Comfort with the full ML stack: data, features, training, and inference
• Strong engineering fundamentals and a bias toward simple, robust systems
• Proficient in Python or Go
