🎯 Requirements

Strong robotics and autonomy background with real-world deployment experience.
Proven leadership of engineering teams, ideally distributed or independent.
Ability to define goals, roadmaps, and deliver with minimal supervision.
Broad fluency across software, ML, controls, and systems integration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially with OEMs.
Desirable: experience in autonomous vehicles, US road environment, and ML for real-time
