• Design complex, real-world ML/NLP tasks across model development, evaluation, NLU, NLG, IR, and LLMs.
• Develop reference solutions and integrate tasks into Python-based environments.
• Build executable evaluation frameworks, testing components, and benchmarking approaches.
• Analyze AI model outputs for technical accuracy, reasoning quality, and effectiveness.
• Identify model limitations and document failure patterns for improvements.
• Create and refine evaluation guidelines, scoring methodologies, and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on ML/NLP experience via industry, academia, or grad work.
• Strong Python proficiency for ML/NLP apps.
• Model training, transformers, and LLMs.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Ability to dedicate ~20 hours per week.
• Strong written communication and documentation.
