Machine Learning Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, train, evaluate, optimize, and deploy production ML models.
• Build recommendation, ranking, and personalization systems.
• Apply RL, contextual bandits, online learning to improve outcomes.
• Design systems balancing exploration and exploitation with multiple objectives.
• Develop reward/feedback models from noisy or delayed signals.
• Work with logged interaction data to improve decisions and reduce bias.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in CS, Statistics, Applied Math, EE, Physics, or other quantitative field.
• 5+ years building, evaluating, and deploying ML models in production.
• Strong experience with modern deep learning frameworks and production ML workflows.
• Experience with one or more of: recommendation, ranking, personalization, RL, contextual bandits, or online learning.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
