Machine Learning Scientist

📋 Description

• Build, evaluate, and improve ML models for business optimization.
• Develop and maintain production ML pipelines on AWS for reliability and scalability.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests, bandits) to drive business decisions.
• Contribute to code quality, standards, and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on ML/DS in production.
• Deep learning, recommender systems, or large-scale modelling.
• Proficiency in Python and the data science ecosystem.
• Experience designing experiments (A/B testing, bandits, online learning).
• Familiarity with AWS data services (Athena, S3) or compatible cloud data platforms.
• Experience deploying ML systems in production (pipelines, serving, monitoring).
• Strong interpersonal skills to explain modelling findings to technical and business stakeholders.
