🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4+ years of ML research experience.
• Experience developing and implementing ML algorithms.
• Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models) and GenAI for engineering workflows.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to operational aspects of research projects.
• Experience with advanced statistical methods.
